Or you know.... t3 range should be base kit cause changing range mid game is extremely horrible especially when that range is what allows you to get a lot more hits

Feel like he needs more then that to be changed tbh but yes. Please buff that addon or give it an actual useful effect.

I'd rework it, honestly, it's the kind of addon that will probably only ever be useless or wildly oppressive. Not sure what effect I'd give it, though...

dafuq T3 range is insane that would make T3 again useless.

T3 was never useless. Getting to tier 3 is a legit power spike which shouldnt be a thing on a killer especially when it takes them so long to get their tiers. Oni's is actually good because its 60 seconds of faster speed and insta down.

Buff it to one full second or completely change it to a different effect

It was before the buff "nice" but not necessary, since the movement speed buff it is definatly a huge spike and powerfull.
