Lost all Blood points from maintenance

I started my game after the scheduled maintenance and I lost all my blood points from my last game (+/- 27K) is there a way to get it back.

Never play Steam games during Steam's weekly maintenance. This is something you learn when you start using Steam.

I have been with Steam since it started in 2003 and never had this happen.
