Boon Totems trigger Small Game

Survivors can already see Boon Totems. There's no need for Small Game to constantly remind the survivor the boon totem exists (similar to how the perk used to go off while cleansing a totem).

Yeah, that's really unnecessary. On a somewhat related note, Nancys running Small Game keep trying to cleanse my boon totems.
