Perk change (Deliverance)

I wonder if the devs could change deliverance to the perk has like the spinny circle thingy almost like inner strength of how long they will be broken for.

    The broken status effect has a duration bar on it if you didn't know.

    But this would be a nice QoL change. If it doesn't already, this should be done for For The People as well.
