I had a brown medkit while using botanic knowledge, self care.
Started to heal me with self-care, then stopped because I still had some medkit charges left, then the medkit ended but the healing bar remained yellow. The game did not switch to self-care or whatever as if using the medkit which was already empty and healed my whole health state
