Improve Your Customer Service

I've had a ticket open for 2 days now and notta whatsoever. Have reached out to you via ticket, these forums, Steam forums, Facebook, Twitter, email, and notta. Zip. Ziltch. No replies or responses whatsoever. You're losing a customer here that was about to pull the trigger on the game and all DLC. But with costomer service this completely shittastic... I'm thinking I'll just pass.
