Assigning buttons on PS4

Please please please give us finally options to change buttons on PS4. It is a catastrophy having R1 for EVERY action in the game.
Do you want to heal a teammate lying in a pallet? Let's throw the pallet down first! Do you want to unhook a survivor? How about you first self-care and maybe after that you can. Do you want to jump through a window? Well, unfortunately near the window is a closet, so you're gonna get into that if you press too early. If you don't press early however, you'll get a slow vault through the window.
Can you please give us the freedom to choose the buttons we want for different actions?
