I know it could just be click bait but...

A popular twitter page for DBD info SUGGESTS the POSSIBILITY of the game going to EPIC. I know very little about this NFT situation, and I don't really care, but if it WERE to get the game kicked off steam and they did go to EPIC...what would that mean for the hundreds of hours, achievements, and money I have sunk into the game on the steam platform??? Will there be a way for BHVR to at least transfer our data, or is it just...gone? Again, it could easily be clickbait since I at LEAST know DBD doesn't profit from NFT's so...I don't think it actually violates steams rules...just curious.

Yeah, that is kinda what I assumed, but as a lover of hypotheticals, I wonder what WOULD happen to allllllll the players data collected over years, hundreds/thousands of hours, and however much money spent?...like if such a thing happened?

You can already connect your Steam account with your BHVR account and your progress would be saved on the BHVR account for cross Progression.

so if they add Epic as a platform they will very likely add it to the cross Progression pool and this you could link your Steam and Epic accounts.

it would be very weird to add a new platform which wouldn’t allow linking with the BHVR account. But then again it’s Behaviour…
