Head on doest work on zombie

in Bug Reporting

I tried it multiple times and each time head-on didn't work on zombie, I was hit instead by it. I tried performing head-on in various ways. I tried it on maximum and minimum head-on range. I tried it also when the nemesis was blocking the zombie, and in this situation, he got a stun but zombies weren't killed. I'm playing on steam.

    Same issue on ps4. He was right next to locker (within a meter) I was literally looking at the perk and waited for it to proc, i bust out he hits me im dead (was injured prior).
