I have a clip of this feng working on a gen and when I went off she was glitched inside the gen and I hit but nothing happened I walked away and she unhooked my survivor, this user and their friend were grouped for sure.
I also had a really long loading screen

If you have a clip AND you have made a proper in-game report you can create a support ticket where you can attach that clip and the steamIDs of the supposed hackers and other info here:
