Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
PS4 - can't go back with O button from survivor screen
-PS4
-When on the survivor selection screen, sometimes you're unable to press the O button to go back to the main menu. You are stuck on the survivor selection screen and must play another survivor game or restart the game.
-Play a few games with survivor on PS4 and try and go back to main menu. No particular pattern. Random.
-At least once during a daily play session.

This has been previously mentioned and has been going on for MONTHS possibly an entire year. You come back to the survivor selection screen AFTER a match and then you're unable to go back to the main menu. You are trapped on the survivor selection screen. This forces you to essentially close and restart your game.

Jep, that's been happening to me too. Had to shut down and restart the game.
