We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Had this occur to me after playing Nurse on Pale Rose. I was using Devour Hope, Thrilling Tremors, Thanatophobia, and Nurse's Calling so no FOV increasing perks like Shadowborn or Monitor. I don't know how I managed to get it since this was my first Nurse match of the day.
