Boon totems are exactly what I was afraid of

They are already a nuisance and the healing boon isn’t even enabled at the moment, I really don’t enjoy having to destroy a boon totem for it to be renabled right after I leave it. I don’t think survivors should be able to relight boons an infinite amount of times. Killers time is already precious enough.

It might help to realise that, especially with Shadow Step specifically, you really don't have to break it immediately. It's a good action to take in the downtime after downing or hooking a survivor- which is probably going to happen pretty close to the totem since they're running to it to make use out of it.

The killer's time is valuable, so you shouldn't waste it snuffing a totem when doing that doesn't really help you very much.

Yes they're dumb i have no idea why people said they're fine and balanced when 1 perk provides team with infinite heals

Yeah Shadow Step is good but you can ignore it by following blood, grunts of pain, footsteps etc.

But the healing one is busted AF

This is still detrimental to the killer. Instead of hooking a survivor and heading directly to the gen with 2 survivors on it to stop it and use pop, You waste time to walk to the totem and stomp it.

Eh, I find it doesn't really take all that long- unless it's in one of those annoying up-high spots, but that's a problem with totem spawns, not with boon totems.

I think they only need a cool down after killers snuff the totem.

I think boon totems really should be relegated to a token system. Like 4 (?) tokens per match and then the perk becomes deactivated.

So far the only problem I had with the Shadow Step totem was I had a match in The Game earlier where the boon totem was wedged in a tight space and my Clown couldn't seem to step on it. Kind of irritating but a bit of a fluky thing. 🤷‍♂️
