Have DC penalties been disabled

Dont know why but lately it's been getting worse survivors have been dcing when they dont like the killer there facing or if there the first one down I know it's not new but ever since the update it's been getting alot worse

    it was disabled because of all the crashes people have been getting this update. quality control was never an option.

    I think so. Seems like because of the infinite loading screen where you are forced to end the game and you would get a penalty then. But they didn’t make a statement regarding it..,
