Unpickupable location in Yamaoka Estate

There is a spot in the Yamaoka Residence, in the house itself, that won't let you pick up a survivor if a totem is present.
If you're on the map with the House in the north, there is a side hallway spot on the left that opens outside. In the top/north section of that "hallway" is a pile of debris, and tucked in that corner is sometimes a totem.
I have experienced both as a survivor and a killer that when you are/have a survivor collapsed in that corner between the debris and the totem that there is no way for you to pick up said survivor or be picked up.
