    The Big Daddy - Bioshock

    Hands down The Big Daddy has to be the most physically imposing of all these options. Clad in a giant atmospheric diving suit and equipped with an oversized metal drill on one arm, the sheer size and weight of this thing that used to be human puts it into a category unto its own.

    The Keeper - The Evil Within

    Keeper creeps the hell out of me. Something about his hyper-aggressive body language and unsettling appearance just makes me super uncomfortable. Pyramid head is more like a force of nature, he still creeps me out but the keeper really just gives this vibe that he hates you. Thats creepy.
