We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Twin's Blood & Guts Outfit is a Set

According to the trailer and release information, the outfit is classified as just an outfit. there's nothing suggesting it was supposed to be a set.
There's nothing that seems to visually conflict with the pieces, there's nothing like Ghostface's Blighted cosmetic's melted mask that would seem like it'd be an issue if you could mix and match the outfit.
