PC - Crash when hitting survivors

The game crashes mid-match when playing as killer, usually just as I hit a survivor.

Step 1: Boot the game

Step 2: Play as killer in public match/private match

Step 3: In-Game, hit a survivor after about 5-10 minutes

Step 4: Game crashes

I have played as Doctor and Freddy. I have used the following perks: Barbecue, Hex: Ruin, Tinkerer, Corrupt Intervention (Freddy), Barbecue, Distressing, Hex: Ruin, Unnerving Presence (Doctor). It happened every game since I started playing killer again (approx. with the start of the Halloween event).

Very annoying, since it makes attaining the killer rewards for Halloween very hard (progress is saved, but since I can only play for a short time it is difficult to fulfil the conditions).

Edit: Playing as survivor works fine, no problems there at all.
