Unsnuffable Boon Totem Next To Bookcase In Midwich

On the midwich middle school map i encountered an unsnuffable totem (pic attached). It is in the corner of the room, next to a bookcase. Location wise it is upstairs, in one of the rooms. I was playing as trapper, with starstruck, thanatophobia, spies from the shadows, and agitation. I am playing on pc. I tried snuffing it, came back to it later in the match, and still no snuff option no matter how close i got.
