Franklin's Demise is seriously underrated
I have always thought that items in this game where extremely strong. However, after watching a video from Otzdarva I now know how strong they are. Medkits in particular (I know flashlights are annoying) are extremely strong. It is basically like having a 5th perk that allows you to self-heal. I started utilizing Franklin's Demise and noticed extreme differences in the outcomes of my trials. Even if survivors pick their item back up, they have to waste time finding it in most cases. If you don't see items in lobby it might be worthwhile to drop the perk, but it can still come in handy if they find chests.

It's not about Franklin's being underrated, it's about gen speed that makes you pick 4 gen slowdown perks
Frankiln's is the best anti item perk, especially after mini rework which i consider buff, but there are not much anti items perks at all, for example that one doctor's perk that nobody uses and i don't even remember it's name, and to be honest i don't remember any other anti item perks, do not count the lightborn, because it's anti flashlight perk. Also franklin's work only on basic attacks, so it's basically can be useless on huntress.
So, is it strong? Yes
Is it useful? Only against 3-4 items, otherwise there are better perks to slow the game down

I mean, that's probably part of why it's in the shrine.

I like using franklins against medkits. I usually bring it if I see 3 or 4.

It’s decent but I’d only bring it if medkits are in the match. Every other item isn’t strong enough to warrant it

If i see a key or a flashlight, franklins is an auto include. When you knock that thing out of their hand they often go back for it. Theyre like Gollum after he lost the ring. "Lost!!!! My precious is lost!"

Tbf medkits are extremely strong right now. Having 3 15% faster self Heals is ridiculous
