Remove mouse wheel key bind to "Use Item"

It is very irritating to hear the sound of a flashlight being clicked on the mouse wheel. Even if the audio was adjusted so it doesn't sound like the game is breaking, that would be nice. I understand that some people might like "Use Item" on their mouse wheel, but it seems like it's used for toxic behavior. Thank you devs if this minor issue is dealt with in some way.
