Losing connection and getting penalty

Hi, I play DBD a lot and I also am a streamer on twitch. I have been having this problem where I lose connection while loading into a match and it happens every time I load up the game. I usually only disconnect once or twice while I'm playing and it's totally out of my control. It has been getting frustrating while I'm streaming with friends when I do lose connection and us all having to wait 30 minutes to wait for the "leaving match penalty"

Does anyone know how to solve my connection problems? My internet it strong and fast and I never have lost internet during a match. I wish the devs would change the code so that only people who actually click "leave match" would get the penalty instead of people loading in losing connection getting it like me.

    yes, you need to break into bhvr office and set timeout limit to something more than 1 second
