NOED users
OK so shows you how crap NOED users are. Had a match with abghostie with noed and he was more than crap especially against me and one other and then brings out NOED and destroys. I'm 50/50 killer and survivor and I bloody hate NOED users

That's all good and all but whej u have boons this becomes difficult. Also the other survivors weren't exactly pro on gens I don't know what they were doing but I was repairing all gens and they were doing god knows what

Huh? Why would such a cultured bone doer like myself complain about doing bones when my number one constructive feedback is to do bones? Bones are good calcium and I highly recommend. Doing bones is even more rewarding than doing gens when you pair it with amazing perks like inner strength. Or courage. Or whatever the hell they renamed it to because Stranger Things owns the word strength.

How do maps even work for totems? Whenever I find one, I basically have to already look at the totem for it to mark. What am I doing wrong?

Ladies in gentlemen, this is the DBD community here in 2021 - it’s good to completely shame other people for what they run in a video game despite potentially having equally as strong/crutch things. Anyone that breaks made up rules should feel ashamed of themselves for being trash at the game.

If your team do gen faster compare to the time you take to do bone or bless the totem then the killer did a good job adding noed in their build against you

Detectives Hunch and maps are far from worthless or outdated lol, but ok. God forbid you use anything that isn't a meta perk.

Is me using self care, iron will flash bang dead hard a meta, or me now using flash bang dead hard circle of heal and shadow step none meta? again why bother with hunch boon totems provides additional benefits lol. I said boon perks + maps are better, maps are not worthless. But hunch and small game is a total waste of a time, no lil ding from small game is helpful where a totem is so well hiding vs a map that glows the totem to find it easier.

We needed gens done though and pretty sure they were pissing about. What was I suppose to do be a one man band and do everything and deal with the killer.

- maybe people dont want to use a boon, or have a boon.
- detectives hunch SHOWS you where totems and generators are, making it faster to find a spot for a boon, or faster for you to get on the next gen etc.
- detectives hunch doesnt even need you to finish a gen, it just works off any gen being done, so it's free info.
- if you have a map with detectives hunch the map will automatically save all aura's you read with it incase you didnt catch something from being in chase etc.
- small game is a perfectly fine perk for finding totems when you know how it works.
There's nothing wrong with either perk, and not everybody wants to use a boon either. Also yes, both the builds you described are literally meta builds. Anyway, Hunch is a fine perk and people can't exactly complain about NOED when there are perks such as Hunch to deal with totems and prevent NOED.

That what you call solo queue its unfortunate but this happen this is not a noed problem you may say you destroy the killer in chase but a lot of survivor dont see the difference between a killer who drop and a killer who lose the chase

notice I did not mention DS, BT, am sure self care(claudio perk) is not meta if anything, people poo over people who does it, iron will am shock really that you think everyone runs it nope you still have people who dont use it use loud groaning chars and easy is then punished by spirits, flash bang, alot of what I see people still prefer a flash light over it because killer can simply look up and avoid the blast, where as flash light its abit rougher cause they even if they look up the survivor can aim it up too. So far believe it or not there is not even alot of mikaelas to me and when I get the usual cast with no mikaela, them survivors tend to run the metas, am like maybe the wierdo who using only flash bang with mikaela perk on my leon and I have the 3 looking at me like uh, your using mika perks?
Let me ask and ofc not to be a prick, what is more annoying running boon perks from mikaela or honestly what is claim meta bt/iw/ds/dh that people complains much about. It is so confusing on what people want. I can say then boons now are part meta play so we toss healing circle and shadow into the mix of listed meta perks?

That's off topic anyway. Detectives Hunch is a fine perk and is a direct counter to NOED. So if somebody has such a big issue with NOED they should use it. It's also good for finding Ruin, Undying and Devour Hope, very popular perks you can get out the game very early with it.

It is subjective. I do not mind borrowed or unbreakable at all. I used to not mind dead hard either, as hard as that might be to believe. But with hit validation? I hate it more than DS.
For boons, I do not mind circle of healing, but I hate shadow step.
But my opinion is likely not shared by many killers. I have observed that circle of healing is by far perceived to be the more problematic boon. And most killers do not mind DS at all and feel as though it was nerfed into uselessness, I guess?
There will never be a consensus.

Fair point, I just prefer at the end to use all these rainbow maps I have farm and use other perks over hunch, we all will use what is best for us an that totally is respectable ☺️, though with your question about what you ask , its because you said the 2 different builds I put you see them as metas even if others may not.

Huh so instead of doing the totems you decide to cry about noed because you're to damn lazy to do the totems?
If you're going to use boons as an excuse. It's obvious to know when your team mate active a boon because it makes noise, most of the time they activates it during the game.
And if you say well it'll be a waste of time. I'll say there 4 survivors. 2 can do gens, 1 can do totems and another can distract the killer.
And another thing noed is a fair perk for killers as it's a killer's 2nd chance perk. And of you play killer at high MMR then you need noed because gens get done insanely fast.

Instead of complaining about NOED, cleanse totems or at the very least memorize where totems are during the game so you can quickly destroy the NOED or bless it at the endgame.

NOED and Dead Hard can sit in the same category in my eyes. Both are perks that reward mistakes and poor play.

I just use Detective's Hunch on my totem build...literally lets you know where any totems are endgame in the event that NOED procs.

I love NOED.
Seeing a survivor cry, rant, scream and gag at me having this perk as they proceeded to gen rush me is pure bliss. Nothing is more enjoyable than face camping survivors with my NOED totem right next to the hook. Nothing you can do but die.

Green Maps need to have an add-on for it to reveal totems whereas Pink Maps don’t. Also, I could be wrong since it’s been a while since I used a map, they won’t show you all the totems on the stage, just the ones you walked near.

What about when you dont make mistakes and make good plays?
I for one dont mind playing 5 gens with only 3 perks. Noeds best use isnt as a second chance perk. I think Noed works best when you go hard right off the bat, and not allowing survivors to have time to do any bones. I think Lethal Pursuer is the best perk to compliment it.
