Hatch not spawning/visible when 5 gens done
Platform: PC (Steam)
I've been playing with a full party of friends a lot lately. We have been actively trying to get 5 gens done and getting all through the hatch with a key. However, we have completed the 5 gens multiple times and searched the whole map with time and health left, but the hatch is nowhere to be found. This has happened on several maps and a lot of times. Recently we tried searching, found nothing, and decided to get 3 out so 1 could look for it while open. It was right in the center of the map, where we already looked for it thousands of times, but couldn't see it when it was closed. We suspect there should be a bug that doesn't let the hatch be seen/spawn when it should appear closed.

Its not a bug, the hatch only spawns when there is 1 survivor left now.
"Where did they go" achievement also got changed in the process.
I suggest you to keep up with patch notes...
