My opinion about the Outlast Chapter

I think maybe next year or next month Outlast could come in the game. I think that the Killer would be Chris Walker, Or Richard Trager. and also the Survivor Could be Miles Upshur including a legendary skin for Miles Upshur from Outlast Whistleblower.

What are your thoughts about this possible chapter?
