It doesn't really matter if they can see the aura or not. It doesn't fix that the killer doesn't have time to put it out if it's very far away and even if they do it can just be brought back as soon as they leave and go back to the gens.

I guess, but it would help to be able to find it more easily.

I sometimes even hear it, but it's just not worth leave a gen nor lose a chase for it.

I've had lots of situations where I can hear it, but because I don't know exactly where it is, I can't take any pressure off injured survivors.
My main issue is, as is, the perk obliterates hit-and-run tactics.
Honestly, It's fine against your average survivors, but against swf's it's just oppressive. Now, I'm not complaining, but I don't think that was the perk's intended use.

Changes nothing, you still have to go out of your way and waste precious time snuffing it out.

Maybe a time limit then? The boon only lasts for a minute or two (based on perk tier)?

It destroys even 3-gen. They can just always run away and heal.

I think it would be more fair if other survivors (not the creator of the boon) couldn't see the totem aura.
That way the fast heal time could be reduced indirectly by a higher search time without actually nerfing the heal time if they want to keep it so badly.

The way Circle of Healing works is generally ok, the only change they might need to do is tune the healing speed down if it’s too powerful.
Besides, the boon totem makes a reasonably audible constant noise, if you as a killer are in the boon’s radius there’s already a decent chance you can hear it if you listen closely and use the sound to find it.
