I Got Every Trophy For DBD
Spent almost all day today getting the last trophy I needed which was Skilled Huntress; I still have bless 20 hexes but that's easy enough. I was writing down all my shots that were around 24 meters or so, using Nurses as a guess for distance and I ended up at 135 maybe hits before the trophy finally popped.
This trophy has been staring me the face for a while and it feels so nice to have it done. It was absolute torture as someone who is one of the worst Huntress's in the world. Even using a crosshair I would still miss AFK targets...multiple times. Words simply can not describe the level of terrible I am at Huntress and to finally get that god awful 100 down trophy done, I just had to share in my excitement.
Anyone else who goes for achievements/trophies have any stories or ones they might be stuck on? I'd be interested to hear about other's experiences going for trophies/achievements that gave you as a hard a time as Skilled Huntress gave to me.

How did you get the one that you have to finish the last gen as the last survivor and escape through the gate? It's one of the few I'm missing, and the hardest.

I got very lucky and had a Billy let me live after killing the other three. Instead of taking the hatch, I ran to the last gen and started working on it. He let me finish it and walk through that gate, praise be to that Billy.
If that hadn't happened I was planning on saving it for last and I was going to do it with a friend of mine, maybe see about getting a full group to help. We were going to play normally until we got some instance of us being the last two, and then he'd purposely die after we 99'd a gen. Then it'd just be hoping to get lucky on a door.
If you can get a full squad you can do the same, have the three of them die when one gen is left and 99'd. It's basically luck though with the door play even if you get the gen done.
As a solo player it's probably one of the hardest trophies to get along with the 4 man hatch escape. If you can get a full 4-man group helping you though it's really only about getting lucky with the door.
I wish I had better advice but outside of a group helping it's all luck and hoping the stars align.

Thanks for the tips, this trophy is painful to get.

Damn, congratulations! I'm working my way up the chain, but I still have Evil Incarnate and Left For Dead in the way, and those two are pretty daunting. I almost got Left For Dead a few times, but always died before the gate got opened.
I'm also absolutely horrible with Huntress, and I can barely hit a survivor right in front of me, much less with a trick shot from afar. Luckily I managed to farm the bulk of that achievement during the anniversary event, when every other game was a cake-fuelled bloodpoint party. The hardest part was getting survivors to stop following me - most didn't seem to get the hint that I wanted to nail them from far away, but a select few did and I'd be able to get 3 or 4 of the counter out of the way. (I wasn't that great at guesstimating 24 meters.) I also got a few on survivors that were waiting for me to hit them out of the gate.
But I only had to do 20 of those - I can scarcely imagine the sheer tedium of landing 100. Oof.

No problem. I wish you the best of luck!
I actually never had much problem with Evil Incarnate myself and I've managed to do it 4-5 times with a few games where I let the last survivor(s) get the gate. It's almost certainly just me getting lucky and having friendly survivors but a lot of the time when I'd get a good run of 3 dead, the last survivor would just run up to me instead of hopping in a locker. I even had some games where the last 2 ran up to me nodding. I wish you luck on that one as well as Left For Dead. That's a doozy for sure.
Yeah, 100 downs was just overkill. If I had to guess, I'd say around 30 of them came from gates, 40 or so from farming groups and another 25 from AFK people. I probably only got like 5 legit downs from 24 meters. I got a few groups that would just sit in the gates, letting me down them over and over as they healed which was pretty nice. I also had two games where a person was AFK all game and I just kept downing them and walking away which let me get quite a few downs. So happy it's done.

That achievement is literally why I will never go for all achievements in this game. I am not about to become a cross map Tomahawk Huntress one trick for however long that would take.
Then again, I never wanted to get Evil Incarnate as it sounded hard, and I got it first try. So you never know. Once I set my mind to something, it usually gets done. But imma need more than a bit of pixie dust to hype myself up for this behemoth of a task.
I can land hatchets from decently far. But I just don't have the patience to do it 100 times not knowing whether a hit counted or not. Props to you for sticking with it.
