Game Disconnects Me Constantly

Description of the issue:
It's been happening a lot. I got a 14 minute penalty for "disconnecting" but I didn't! The game keeps disconnecting me and I get penalized. It's so unfair. It's literally unplayable and apparently some people in the discord are having the same issue.
I get why penalization is a thing but I'm getting angry that this game is broken and I get penalized for bad programming. I'm trying to be polite but this is seriously unfair. I'm not a rage quitter but I'm raging at the fact this bug.
Please fix because it's literally unplayable

How often does this occur: Whenever I play the game.
