CROSSPLAYING NOT WORKING

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Enter play-as-survivor screen
Step 3 : Try to add friend to group
Step 4: PS4 version won’t accept friend’s PS5 version.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Worked fine two days ago.
- Friend uses my account sometimes to help me with some parts.
- Friend account won’t appear. In-game invitations appear as friendship invitations.
- We can play a game together, but we don’t appear as friends while in-game.
- I can play with other PS5/computer/xbox players
- We have made no changes to the friendship status
- My crossplay option was disabled at first, despite me not having disabled it. It is now enabled.
