UNCLEANSABLE BOON IN DEAD DAWG SALOON

Description of the issue:
A boon totem is impossible to cleanse in the dead dawg saloon map, the only way to disable it is by killing the perk holder, disable this map please.

How often does this occur: Depends on the RNG of the map for that dull totem spawn in that location.
