Where is my Bloodlust?

Bloodlust should kick in in 15 seconds right? What am i missing here? Why did i get it only when i dropped the chase?

Is this guy a hacker, or is it a bug? I swear to god if it is a bug i will lose my mind, im struggling as killer as it is, i dont need bugs on top of that.

    Here's why you didn't get bloodlust: 1) You used your last 2 throwing hatchets and 2) you swinged at the air in the middle of the chase. These 2 actions resets your bloodlust timer

    That looks like a bug. You hit them with a hatchet, but afterwards you chased for over 15 seconds without using your hatchets which would reset it. Missing a basic attack doesn’t reset bloodlust.
