Make the Taskbar Icon flash when game finishes loading

Hi, can we please have the taskbar icon start flashing when you finish loading while Alt-Tabbed?

The loading can sometimes be notoriously long whenever one of the players has a slow PC or console, and it would be nice to be able to Alt-Tab without having to use Chrome/Discord/whatever in a smaller window just to keep tabs on the game loading. And for me personally, it's important to have the sound muted when not in focus because I like to watch streams/not listen to the killer's grunts while looking for a match.

Almost all other multiplayer games that I've played have this for when you finish loading and/or find a match.
