Hey, after drifting through the killers Forum I saw that many actualy really like the Wraith. I can't really grasp why yet, so what do you guys like about the Wraith? Is it the look, the feel, the sneakyness or his lore?

It's everything you just listed, minus the lore. His lore sucks and seems like it was made up in about 2 minutes.

Plus, have you seen his new cosmetics? Like holy #########...

He's looks good, I've loved his playstyle since the beginning, he has the best back story, and he's probably my the most relatable killer in the arsenal. Too bad he's awful.

I don't see the Wraith much in public matches. He and the Hag are the killers I see the least.

I've been playing Friday the 13th for about a year now and will admit that I do very much enjoy it, even with its problems. The recent update has virtually destroyed it though. I'm a PC gamer and the F13 player base has dwindled to numbers in the hundreds. So, I finally gave in and just started playing Dead by Daylight.

In F13 my favorite thing about Jason is his Stalk ability, and when I play as a counselor I normally take the "lone wolf" approach. So, naturally, I took the Wraith out for a spin before any other and I really like the mechanics. I've tried the Trapper, Nurse, Doctor, Leatherface, Meyers, and the hatchet thrower (don't remember the name).

The Wraith feels good to use, getting right up on top of survivors and popping out of cloak. He's fast, handles well, his ability allows for some great chases if you can correctly anticipate the survivors next move(s). I'll always gravitate towards stealthy game play if it's an option. I'll get around to learning Myers at some point.

I've been playing about a week now. Killing no one in a match is obviously not fun. Killing 2 of 2 is a fun match. 4 of 4 feels really rewarding. I'll stick with the Wraith for now. I've got him up to level 25 now and I'm experimenting with the perks, I'm using (sorry I can't remember the name) the one where you hear the Entity when a survivor is close, the one that drops your fear radius to 0 after standing still, and I think the bloodhound one. Really enjoying him all around. And, this new candle set-up he has coming is just all kinds of sick.

I play, or rather, played F13 as well, and enjoyed stalking too. If you want to be a stalking killer I'd really recommend Myers or the Pig instead because they can actually walk around a corner and hit a survivor with no warning, even if they can't become invisible. The Wraith has to give himself away which ruins the jumpscare. Plus, Wraith is garbage while Myers is actually pretty good.

Myers is the kind of killer who can build his power to 99%, have almost no terror radius with the Doctor's Monitor and Abuse perk, and then turn a corner and oneshot someone with no warning. With the right add-on he could even kill them right then and there with no hooks. Much closer to the Jason stalk experience. Only downside is that he doesn't have the faster movement speed that the Wraith has while cloaked, and he's quite visible and only stealthy in the sense that he has a small terror radius, so you need to be sneaky.
