Blood Debt Challenge does not award multiple instances of progress

Description: Despite unhooking two different survivors who had unhooked me earlier in the trial, I did not get awarded my 2 instances of progress towards the Blood Debt challenge from Tome VIII, Level IV.
Steps:
- Spawn into a trial.
- Play out the match, tracking who unhooked you.
- Unhook the 2 people who unhook you from your first and second hook
Occurence: This happened once.
