Hello, I play on the Steam platform, and in the last few weeks I'm finding it difficult to play, as the game keeps disconnecting me and then punishing me, as it computes that I abandoned the trial. I currently have a 72h ban simply for trying to play the game, I can guarantee it's not my internet, and on twitter I found people with similar problems.
