Survivors have lines across their face on Xbox

in Bug Reporting

I play on the Xbox series X and we have a visual bug issue where survivors have these awful lines running across their faces and on their necks. I believe its a texture issue. It happens every day, every match to every single survivor. Please fix.

    I'm getting the same issue, I'm playing on the series s and I reinstalled the game but it's still the same. I thought it was just Leon but it's everyone.
