Head On doenst work on Zombies anymore

On PC - Map: Midwich Elementary School
I had one Zombies right in front of my locker.
Tried to Head on the Zombies 3 times. Didnt work and i got injured by the zombie. I wasnt exhausted and Head On was charged/shown active.
