I had my rank reset ahead of schedule and even though I got bloodpoints I didn't like it because there are still many days left before the normal reset

I'm on xbox series x (uk) & my grades haven't reset so its apparently not on every system unless its only affecting high grades as most seem to be saying their iridescent.
Mine wasn't that high as play time has been severely limited by significantly increased work hours the past few weeks.

Actually the past two months it was the 13th at 0:00 UTC just because you're in a different timezone doesn't mean it wasn't the 13th by the timezone the game uses.

They used to do the 13 based on local time in Montreal, they changed it when they changed to grades so it's the 12th where Behaviour is located.

Yeah I wasn't very happy when I got home from work to have a few fun games with my Bf and his friend just to find out I was back to Ash grade, they are both still Red as well and that's where I also would have been, they have still got their grades but I lost mine, I would like the rank back instead of blood points! Its embarrassing when a match ends and it just says I'm Ash, when realistically by now since the last reset I should be Red. I'm not also going to play hard just to try get it back now as it will just reset next week too! I am really disappointed/frustrated.

Nope not quite fixed. I had the game open when that was tweeted, restarted it after seeing it, got 250k BP (less than it's supposed to be by what that tweet implies) but my ranks didn't change at all.

You said you give 250000 blood point for both. But I only get 250000 instead of 500000.

Well not that the BP really matters. I can make that much super fast but still not a fix.
The thing is we work thru dedication to get our ranks. The blood points are nothing since we make way more doing challenges, rift and dailies.

Same here. Rank is still just ashes somewhat and I only got 250k BP, but both ranks for both roles were reseted.

Ok I am usually not one to complain BUT this is super unfair for people who NOT get affected by this bug! I am iri 1 on both ranks and mine didn't reset. Quiet a few friends of mine who were also iri 1 on both ranks got 500k for the early reset, then another 250k ontop as "apology" and I assume their rank will reset again on the 13th giving them even more free BPs...
