We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Persistent Boon Totem Screen Effect

(Xbox Series S) It would appear when the Boon totem’s owner is sacrificed and the boon totem is removed from the field, survivors within the radius still get the blue screen effect even when cleansing the now dull totem or leaving the old totem’s range.
Likely replicable by blessing a totem and killing the owner while another survivor is in the radius as it gets reverted to dull.
Only seen once, but only met circumstances once.
