[sound bug] Survivor on-hit scream but no damage taken

(When playing killer on PC):
For quite a few patches, I can try swinging through a pallet stun and will sometimes hear the survivor scream like they were hit, but they take no damage.
On this most recent patch, I've had a similar bug sometimes against dead-hard (survivor screams when swung at beginning of dead-hard with no damage taken.)
- This seems to occur on average once every match for me. (sometimes not happening in some matches, and multiple times in other matches.)
