PC-Randomly not being able to use network features even though in game

This happens to me like every 5 or so games. I'll play through a game, then get a "Grade Progress error" then have to restart my game. This combined with all the other bug/glitches I've experienced make me want to stop playing the game, which sucks cause I love it. But at least on PC it's unplayable at this point in time.
