Yet Another Series of Perk Ideas

Destructive Ambitions - The very thought of a survivor thwarting you fills you with rage. After breaking 5/4/3 dropped pallets, you gain the ability to break a pallet that is still up. Doing so rewards double the amount of Brutality points as a dropped pallet break.

Lingering Wrath - As your victims escape, your wrath still lingers. For every survivor that has escaped, gain 3/4/5% movement and action speed, as well as 6/12/18% successful and unsuccessful attack cooldown (I know this one is very iffy to use, but it is useful if you force people out of the exit gate often).

Determination - Your determination to get out of this mess will allow you to prevail. For every 30 seconds that you are within the killer's terror radius, you gain a stack of Determination up to 1/2/3 stacks. To use a stack, you must stand still and press the active ability button (Standing, not crouching), which will start a 15/20/25 second bonus to action speed of 10/15/20%

Any modifications to this post will be in italics. If a change is changed again, it will also be in bold. I will be glad to hear feedback however criticizing, so don't hold back!

    Pretty sure you got this backwards " After breaking 3/4/5 dropped pallets" Obviously, you shouldn't have to break more pallets the higher the rank is. It wouldn't be a meta perk by any means, but it would be nice to have a way to break specific pallets you know are going to be annoying like the killer shack. Requiring the killer to break 3 pallets would keep it from being overpowered.

    I've thought about a perk like this in the past. My idea was to put it on a timer though. Like every 60/45/30 seconds you could break an unused pallet. But make it so the break action takes like 4 seconds so you can't effectively break a pallet mid chase to keep it balanced.

    Lingering Wraith, sounds like you already know why this would be a bad perk. Any perk that requires allowing a survivor to escape before doing anything is inherently flawed. It wouldn't matter if you gained 25% bonus movement speed and 50% faster recover speed. It would still be bad.

    Determination seems like a suped up version of Detective Tapp's perk. The numbers would probably need tweaking to be balanced, but the bigger problem to me is that the design space is already taken. I think it's a bad idea to make new perks that are just better versions of old perks. I'd rather see new perks do new things and if an old perk is too weak then it should be buffed.

    1. Yeah, I did get the dropped pallets backwards.
    2. I was really bored, so I had to come up with something to be happy about, so I decided to create the obviously trash perk Lingering Wrath to see if anyone would build off of it.
    3. Looking back, I think all of these perks kinda suck. I guess I was just really bored.

    For the first perk idea, I suggest reducing the values for every tier by 1 because this perk makes you go out of your way to break a pallet that's already ready to be used which can allow survivors free roam of the map. Additionally, you need to have some competition against Spirit Fury and make both options equally worth a perk slot.

    This is some nice feedback. The only thing I don't agree with is a NOED like exposed on Lingering Wrath, which I'm guessing is what you meant. This perk is meant to punish either those who are trolling you by staying behind or those who cannot find an exit, so an exposed status effect on only the last survivor seems more balanced. Also, I changed up Determination to a longer time and dropped the percentages to match it. I don't want a low tier perk to be more powerful than it has to be, so I am also basing the time it lasts off of the tier of the perk. I changed Destructive Ambitions to a lower pallet amount required as well.
