Bubba's chainsaw permanently disable after being stunned while revving.

Play The Cannibal
Load into match on Ormond.
Begin to rev chainsaw during chase.
Get stunned during Rev.
Charge bar changes to complete white and permanently at zero charges.
Can't use chainsaw anymore. All attempts to start revving end in the "out of charges" sound being played and nothing else.
Lasts entire match after initial stun while revving.
