The Cannibals Chainsaw not working after downing survivor and breaking pallet.

-I was playing The Cannibal on yamaoka estate. I was running BBQ and chili, Ruin , a nurses calling, and blood warden. My addons were Depth Gauge Rake and The Beasts Marks. I started my chainsaw sprint. I was following a survivor who was at a pallet, they vaulted it and as they vaulted it I hit them then destroyed the pallet immediately after. Afterwards I noticed on the bottom of my screen the chainsaw icon had the rampage icon instead. My charges built up one more time, then once I revved my chainsaw they were gone and I couldn’t get them back. The video I am attaching is from the beginning of the incident till the end of the game.
