It has happened to me a lot of times recently, i charge on a survivor, hit them, can hear and see the hit animation, but the survivor is there, able to hit me back and destroy me. It doesn't happen if the survivor is healthy.

that may be dead hard hit validation.

It actually feels more like lag validation.But its a huge disadvantage for the killer, because victor lands at the survivors feet.
