Infection from Plague power not working with third seal?

• Description of the issue
When using Third Seal as plague if you infect someone and they become broken you don't get the blindness stack for that person (corrupt purge does work with Third Seal so I'm wondering if this is intended or an oversight)
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
Select Plague
equip Hex: The Third Seal
queue up for a game
find a survivor and infect them
• How often does this occur
every time you use the perk

hmm... what about Blood Favour?

Blood Favour works with the infection part of the power since it's just when a health state changes in a negative way (people dcing or dying on hook triggers it too for some reason)

Well technically it shouldn't based on it's Text:
The last Survivor(s) hit with either your Basic Attack or Special Attack suffer from the Blindness Status Effect.
As for Blood Favor, it's trigger is just "Injuring a Survivor" since it doesn't specify it any further,
thus not limiting it to Base/Special Attack, I guess it's any negative change in Healthstate.
It even trigger's when someone goes down from Deep Wound, or as mentioned get's injured by Vile Purge.

I'm pretty sure they're only meant to trigger on damage, based on my experience.
