Bugs or questionable designs?

Had an issue in the last couple matches. Not sure if these are bugs, debatable design, or purposeful overlooks.
- Deliverance does not activate if you are the last living survivor.
- Dead Hard needs fixed; it's way too lenient. If a survivor DH's through what is a clear hit with blood and pain sounds (especially when the killer is touching their back during chase) then it is a problem. Same can be said for pallet drops.
- I was hiding in a bush for, lets say 20 seconds, because The Huntress was hanging around and I was injured. She wouldn't leave and I end up with crows circling me because I couldn't do any objectives. needless to say I was found.
- Buff Totems are unhealthy in their current state. I think most people would agree with them. Giving more power to an already powerful group.
- Hex Totems, or totems in general, are too easy for survivors to find and cleanse. Put Hex Totems in some more obscure harder to find places and don't spawn survivors right next to them.
- Killers should not spawn right by survivors. When a trial starts and 5 seconds later I'm hearing a heartbeat, that's a problem.
- FIX YOUR MATCHMAKING SYSTEM - I can't count how many times I get paired with people who immediately throw the game or are seemingly new in Iridescent tier. Not to mention the current way that MMR is calculated does nothing but enable camping behavior from killers. Speaking of...
- Killers have no reason to not camp right now. I myself am a killer main and I agree survivors are OP but I won't stoop down to the level BHVR seemingly wants us to. I won't camp unless a survivor is exceptionally toxic during the trial. There is next to NOTHING a group of survivors can do to a camping killer. Sure, you may rescue who is on hook with BT but you're going up there next and the cycle repeats. My suggestion to repair this is two-fold: 1. Nerf survivors in some way. Make boons one time use and if they are destroyed, just like a hex, it's gone; Slow down the generators, something! 2. Implement an anti-camping system. If a killer stays within a certain distance of the same hooked survivor during the same hook for a cumulative amount of time, they are kicked and suffer a timeout penalty.
So can anyone help me and tell me which of these are bugs, debatable design, or purposeful overlooks?

- I never use deliverance so cannot say.
- This is a hard one. The description for Dead Hard state "Avoid any damage during a dash", and a survivor main told me that it was supposed to stop the survivor getting hit during that time, which I agree, but when I play killer I get the sound and animation that I have made a hit, only to then watch the survivor seemingly have a extra health state. For this to work properly, you should have the miss animation which is quicker. It is the same with window and pallet jumps. I read that if the animation starts, all other actions to not register on the survivor side, only on the killer side. So the killer hits and gets the actions of a successful hit, but the survivor gets a successful action. Now I would not mind this so much if it worked for all actions, such as a pallet hit on a killer, then the survivor unable to blind, but it only seems to work to favour the survivor. Whether this is by design, I have no idea.
- This is unfortunately on you and your teammates. If you are hiding in a bush because you don't want to be caught, then that is your choice. In an ideal world for you, one of your teammates could have taken her away, while you heal. Unfortunately the killer probably knew you was close and injured and wanted the hook, and that is the game.
- Boon totems seem to be the main cause for concern, but I think more for lower level teams. Good teams can work together to double heal while the killer is in chase. It does help the solo player, but to be honest, if you need to heal so often, either you take a medkit or find one in a chest. Having to leave one side of the map to run to the totem is a waste of time. I think that totems should not be a perk, more an addon that you have to use, such as a medkit or toolkit. It has a limited time so it would be a more tactical part of the game. Only being put out once and when it is gone it is gone, much like ruin. Maybe have it hidden to the killer but only have so many uses, so it does not last all game. Like a medkit for all, then extra's to make it quicker or more uses.
- Hex totems are fine. As a survivor you want to cleanse ruin or cleanse dull totems to stop NoEd. Yes as a killer it is a pain to lose your totem, but there are killer who can protect their totem, or run a backup perk. Sometimes its better not to run ruin so you don't have to rely on it, then have the extra perk spot. But I do agree that spawning survivors right next to it is a joke. Why not let the killer decide where to place the totem and when.
- I have only had this few times and it keeps you on your toes. At least you are not wondering who the killer is.
- This is a must. As a killer I have gone against a bunch of Mr Potato Heads, that run in into you, then run in a straight line, or hide in a locker right in front of you. You then have to give them a chance because you nearly have four hooks and still five gens, or you feel like you are tunnelling because you have the same survivor running around. Then the next game it's like playing against a seal team with all the team co-ordinated, totems gone, five gens done before you have even got two hooks. Then you play survivor and look to find a survivor hiding in the corner along with a survivor who can run the killer for gen after gen.
- I can see why some killers camp, who wants to spend a game running after a survivor, hitting them and then wondering why you did not get the hit, watching teams of swf putting up totems all over the map and just constant healing. It's got that bad now that I often find survivors trying to loop me round the totem, so they can heal while suffer with a hit animation after a hit, that got disallowed because of dead hard. I still detest camping, but it's getting more and more prominent because of the behaviour of BHVR.
- I think if they sort out the hit register, get rid of the OP boon totems and get rid of MMR, then things will improve. Until then they are just killing the game. Gamers have a want to win mentality and it is hard to lose this and accept that you will lose, especially when you lose because of a game mechanic that is effectively faulty.
