XBOX/CONSOLE - No cosmetics during Trial
Since the release of Mikaela, I’ve notice on my end (XBOX S user) that all of the survivor’s and killer’s cosmetics aren’t loading for the trial. They do appear in the loading screen and when you customize your character, but during the trial ONLY the face appears blank.
For 2 patch updates its been ignored, or not a “known issue”. For ex., when the trial begins, the face goes completely blank, basically they look like they unpainted mannequin faces but you do see black grids under their face and kind of the rest of the body.
It’s frustrating because I do wanna buy new cosmetics/legendary skins, but there is completely no point if I can’t even see what I buy.
Those were only a few example photos I could provide, I can’t really ask the killer to stop for me so i can screenshot the problem lol. Please fix the problem so I can give you money to buy new skins!
