Deliverance with Second Wind?
These two perks can work together?
The broken status effect of Deliverance is pretty long and I'm wondering if Second Wind can make it shorter, 20 seconds and heal.

No they don't work together

They do not work together.
Deliverance works upon the action of unhooking yourself, which comes before the action of being off of the hook (when Second Wind activates). Therefore you are broken upon Second Wind's broken check and it does not activate.

Second Wind doesn’t work if you are already inflicted with broken from another perk or add on so no they don’t work together.

But what if we use them like Unbreakable and Soul Guard?
If you pick Soul Guard and then Unbreakable, you are not going to lose your Unbreakable because you're recovering yourself with Soul Guard.
If you do the opposite you're recovering yourself with Unbreakable even if you are cursed in that moment.
So i wonder if Second Wind will take this effect instead if we equip it before Deliverance.

No, the whole unbreakable soul guard thing occurs because it checks it at the same time. Deliverance will always proc before Second Wind and so you will always be broken when Second Wind does it's little broken check, so it will never activate, regardless of the order you have the perks equipped.
