No. Nor should they want to considering they're going to get hate at the end of the game anyway.

Considering I have never seen survivors talk in pre game even before cross play I don't think there would be a whole lot of difference.
Maybe I'm unlucky.

No because the second i say to the other player i use boon the killer is going to dodge or tunnel me
